Q:
How much does it cost?
A:
The CyberiCards are very affordably priced. Production of
your presentation depends on how complex it is and duplication
prices depend on the quantity. Please contact
us and we will provide a more detailed answer.
Q:
Does your tracking violate any privacy statements on our
site?
A:
No, our tracking system only tracks the fact that a card
was viewed, it is an incremental counter not much different
than the "Visitor Counters" you see on web sites.
We do not track any personal information. Personal information
is defined as anything that can be traced to a specific
person or computer including IP Addresses.
Q:
What CD players will the CyberiCard play in?
A:
The CyberiCard will play in all tray and spindle style CD-ROM
drives. We can produce your presentation for both PC and
Mac. Be aware that many new Macs use a slot loading CD-ROM
and are only able to play full size CD-ROM's.
Q:
What is your minimum order?
A:
1,000 units. We can supply a master CD-ROM you can replicate
yourself with a CD writer if you only want small quantities.
Q:
How much data can the CyberiCard hold?
A:
30, 40, 45, 50, 80, 160, 640 or 700 MB depending on the
type of CD-ROM used (business card sized, min-round or full
sized).
Q:
How should I submit media and artwork for replication if
we are supplying everything ready to be replicated?
A:
Media should be submitted on 2 CD-R's exactly as it is to
be replicated on the CyberiCard. Artwork should be at least
300 DPI sent separately in either EPS or TIFF format for
PC.
Q:
How long does it take to process an order?
A:
Our standard production time is 2-3 weeks. Faster turn around
times may be available depending on scheduling and complexity
of the job, subject to scheduling constraints and/or rush
fees quoted on an individual basis.
Q:
Can CyberiCards be formatted to run on both Macs and PC's?
A:
Yes, we can develop presentations for PC, Mac or both.
Q:
What format is normally used for the information placed
on a CyberiCard?
A:
Macromedia Director, HTML, MPEG movies, PNG graphics, PDF
files, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
